I have sent in a Bin File through the software


When submitting a Bin File readout through the WRT software, you will need to open a Support Ticket (or reply back to your existing ticket/email) to let us know it has been submitted.

Please be aware that we do not monitor these file submissions by email, and if you have been asked to read your ECU and submit the file, you must open a new ticket, or reply back to the relevant ticket/email where we asked you to submit it.

If you do not let us know you have submitted a file for review, it will not be reviewed which will cause delays in resolving your issues.
