I’ve paid for Bin File Definitions, but it still says I need to purchase them in the software.

If you try to Write to an ECU and see an error message saying "You do not have any bin file definition keys", please ensure you have followed the procedure for downloading Bin File Definitions. If you have completed this procedure and the Bin File Definitions are still not available, please Open a new Ticket. 

If you have written to this ECU before and receive this message, then you may have had a partial write failure to the ECU. Please attempt to read the ECU, go to Tools > Send Bin File to Woolich Racing and Open a Support Ticket.
