PCV and AT used for tuning fuel maps. Map has been dynoed and ran on a road course several times.

why does it look like you spent more work on the LOW power map than the Full power map?

See my STP map. The full power map is almost identical to this one. I have tweaked the fueling on the STP map for full power and low power.

To echo dano's comment, your full power TPS map is almost stock with on IAP reductions. The low and med maps have a lot of work on the TPS maps.
